Individual Supports

Individual Supports helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible while remaining active and connected in their communities. Services are personalized around each person’s needs, goals, preferences, and level of support, allowing individuals to maintain greater choice and control over their daily lives.

Venture staff work one-on-one with individuals to strengthen everyday skills such as cooking and nutrition, personal care, household responsibilities, budgeting, safety, transportation, and accessing community resources. Support may also focus on employment, relationships, social connections, and other goals that are important to the individual.

By building practical skills and confidence, the program helps individuals maintain a stable home, increase independence, and create a fulfilling life within their community.
